Spokes Cycles Raffle Terms and Conditions

This raffle is organised and administered by Spokes Cycles located at 20 Patricks Street, Waterford City. X91 PT80
(known herein as ‘The Promoter’)

Entry Requirements

To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

  • Be over 18 years of age by the 2nd of May 2022
  • Not be an employee of Spokes Cycles
  • Have purchased at least one entry at €5 each

Prizes

The prize consists of the following:

  • First Prize: Wahoo Wahoo KICKR CORE Smart Trainer
  • Please note there is no second or third prize

Closing Date

Closing date for purchasing entries for the draw is 11:59pm on the 1st of May 2022. Any entries received after this date and time will be disqualified.

Winners

The winner will be drawn by an independent person on the 2nd of May 2022. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified within 15 working days of the closing date, either by email or telephone.

The winners name will be announced on the Spokes Cycles website (spokes.ie), and on Spokes Cycles social media channels.
Full address and other sensitive information will not be disclosed.

Additionally:

  • The promoter will make a reasonable effort to contact the winner by email or telephone. In the event that the promoter cannot contact the winner within 28 days after the draw date, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
  • If the contact details on the entry is illegible or the information provided on the entry is incorrect, or no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.
  • The prizes are non-transferrable and only consist of what is listed above.
  • By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
